Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service apply to everything offered under the VibeTool name, including the free tools on vibetool.org and the premium apps, APIs and customer accounts on app.vibetool.org. By accessing or using either website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Our services

VibeTool provides browser-based utilities, AI-powered applications and programming interfaces (APIs). Free tools are available without payment. Premium apps are offered on subscription, usage-based or one-time (lifetime) plans, as described on each app's page at the time you buy.

Your account

Some features require an account. One VibeTool account works on both websites. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials and API keys secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services or help anyone else do so. In particular, you must not:

• use the services for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive;
• generate, upload or share content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors;
• probe, scan or attack our systems or other users, or bypass rate limits, quotas, licence checks or other security measures;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the apps, API access or licence keys except as your plan expressly allows;
• use automated means to overload the services.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these rules, with or without notice where the breach is serious.

Plans, billing and renewals

Payments are handled by authorised payment providers, including Paddle (cards and PayPal, as merchant of record), mobile-wallet gateways and manual bank transfer. Prices are shown before you pay and may be displayed in a local currency using the exchange rate shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Content and outputs

You keep the rights you have in the material you provide. You are responsible for your prompts and uploads and for how you use generated results, including checking that they are accurate and lawful for your purpose. AI output can be imperfect or similar to other output, and we do not guarantee that it is unique or fit for a particular use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services fast and reliable, but they are provided “as is” and “as available” and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or retire tools, features and plans. If we make a material change to a paid plan you have already bought, we will tell you in advance.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeTool and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, profit or business, or for results you obtain from the tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Intellectual property

The VibeTool name, logo, software and site design belong to VibeTool and its operator. Your plan gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the apps and APIs for its duration. Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
